PLAZ NAZ

Placerville Church of the Nazarene

This Sunday, January 3
ONE service at 10am INDOORS

We are diligently following the CDC guidelines and the protocol of the California Department of Public Health as well as the San Joaquin County regulations. We thank everyone for their cooperation and adherence to these protocols.

Due to a U.S. Supreme Court ruling this week, which restricted indoor worship, was found to be unconstitutional. As a result we will be opening our doors to INDOOR worship.

The following guidelines will apply:

  • We kindly ask you to agree to a temperature check prior to entering the building.

  • Expect to receive a “squirt” of hand sanitizer from the greeter at the door instead of a handshake or a hug.

  • We ask that you please respect social distancing guidelines and mask mandates, in consideration of the health and safety of others around you.

  • You will not receive a paper bulletin. We will communicate upcoming events via announcements, our website, www.faithlodi.org, the Bible App, emails and social media.

  • Offering boxes will be available for your convenience. The offering plate will not be passed during the service. We will continue to offer our live, streaming service on our website, or on demand on our FaceBook page.

  • Children 3 years old through 6th as well as middle and high school students are also meeting on Sunday mornings. Infants are asked to stay seated with their parents during the service.

  • Hospitality coffee and the coffee cart will remain closed for the time being. If you wish, you may bring coffee with you.

  • Please know that we will continue streaming our services live if you feel more comfortable viewing from home.

  • Lastly, in compliance with the most recent downgrade, the church office will remain closed until further notice. However, you may call and leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

  • As aways, if you have been exposed to anyone with COVID symptoms, are experiencing any yourself, or if you are running a fever, we ask that you stay home in consideration of the safety of our church family.

We want everyone to feel IMPORTANT, LOVED and WANTED in Jesus’ name!
We look forward to seeing you.

Thank you,
The Faith Community Staff
